Customer Service Supervisor

Full Time Permanent 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday

23 - 24k Pa

28 Days holiday (+ birthday off in addition) 

A Environmentally concious and well established company with a focus on Conservation are looking for an Experienced Customer Service Supervisor. 

OVERVIEW : A confident and effective communicator, you will run the day-to-day organisation of the Customer Service team, ensuring that all customer queries are dealt with efficiently and politely and orders are processed promptly. You will organize the Rota, be the lead on training for the team and creating and managing training materials along with KPI Monitoring. 

Ideally with 2 years Customer Service (1 in a supervisory role would be a plus) experience and a grasp and proven track record in complaint handling, you will be a positive leader who is confident operatiing in a fast paced environment
